Pyro  Div 5 Skill, Highlander

Hi, all my previous teams have fold, so here I am.
I'm 17, french and I've been playing tf2 for a year and a half. I have 1600h including 240h as pyro. I'm looking for a team that isn't going to fold the next day, with some experience. Motivation has a greater importance to me than the div. I often play lobbies and mixs, and I have a good reflect.
I played the previous highlander season in a top d6 team, and I did scrims against d5 teams.
I can play every evening until late, and all the weekends.
