My name is Spin and I used to play medic in Prem a few seasons ago. I am looking at making a new team to practice over the coming weeks with the potential to attend LAN if the right lineup comes together fast (unlikely but possible), and into next season.

I will play medic and I am looking for players to fill all the other roles. Given I am aiming to play in Prem, interested players should have experience with that pace of the game and have the deathmatch ability to compete there.
The team will play with a very particular style which means I need a group of players who are versatile and able to adapt quickly to changing situations, not players who mindlessly run head first into the enemy team. With those things in mind, here are the things I am looking for from each of the classes:

Scouts-

-Patience
-Ability to listen and react to calls
-Confidence in offclassing all classes to a reasonable level

Soldiers-

-Good timing of pushes
-Focus on positioning and movement
-Ability to sync up with scouts and demo as required

Demoman-

-Relaxed
-Smart playstyle
-Confidence leading ubers and calling damage/focus

I will spend time trialling players who have the highest level experience first but I am concerned most with achieving the right team chemistry, not piling a group of prem players together. Therefore, feel free to contact me if you are less experienced, however if you really have never played above div 2 or so, don't expect the world.

Contacting me on steam is best but I am away for a week before I will start trials.
