Looking for a Team with good players who all have good individual skill, game sense and are extremely friendly and awesome!

Been playing TF2 for 3 years every day for at least 2 hours on pubs & lobbies. 3000+ hours game play, 50+ TF2 lobbys (Before shutdown), have begun to play TF2 Center playing mostly of these four classes Soldier,Spy,Demo,Pyro and have reach a high skill level within pub standards by hitting kpd between 3.00-4.00 in a lot of games as for me now Pub games are too easy and I'm looking to develop to the next stage as a TF2 Highlander player to develop my skill by playing with people better,same as me and gain experience in a fabulous Team.
