Div 3 Skill, Highlander

I'm taking a break from highlander but UGC starts over next month and I'd like to get in on that. 430 hours pyro, played for Bote in div 3 and UGC Plat before, 24 years old Portuguese who probably comms better in English than his native tongue anyway. somehow.
Looking for gold+ team hopefully, although div doesn't matter that much if you're nice.

You have to cherish this guy, he jumped from low silver into platinum and div3 without learning the differences in game speed, pressure or meta. Find a team that was overly demanding with him and dealt with it.
I’m pretty sure this guy can handle div2, he just needs a calm team that includes him in team strategy, that doesn’t rage or let him alone to deal with spies, spam and scouts. Let him reflect, help him kill a spy, give him a little uber to gain map vantage and then let him do his stuff.

This man right here is not just an incredible pyro who quite obviously sells himself too short. He’s intelligent and very sweet to talk to at any time of the day. He’ll be super serious about giving the best that he can and doing everything possible to support his team as much as he can. In game, out of game, you can count on him. As far as pyroing goes, it won’t get any better than this, no matter what div your team is. As far as his person goes, you could be making a great friend.
