Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hey,
im looking for a div 4 team for season 18 to play with as demoman. I got a lot of competetive experience and i would also be able to maincall. I played a lot of mixes from skill level 2-6.
I'm always open to critisism and i also got some tactics that could be useful.
At the moment im leader of a div6 team but its not good enough to go div4 so i wanna play witth some new guys. This means i can help u with some organisation if necessary.
If u think i lack of experience due to my etf2l history. This guy (https://etf2l.org/forum/user/46529/) watched my games and said that i can easily play top div 4.
What i expect from you :
-fun and nice atmosphere
-regular scrims
-players that allow tips/critisism and dont fold after loosing a match/season
I would be glad if u at least give me a try and see how we work together :D

worthy of a div 4 trial, good luck:)
worth it :) good demo with good gamesense and can handle div 4 when the team is going to take his german ass in the team mid :) go and trial him he going to make you brave :)
well just saying the fact that I am able to out damage you and out frag you every time i play against you most likely means you are not div 4. because I myself am only div 5. Not trying to give you negative rep or anything but just saying maybe you should re-think this a bit.
i cant remember matches were u outdamaged me but i just wanna say that its easier to play with guys that areat a div 4 lvl than play in a mix div4 v div6 like on tf2pickup
He is much better than a div 6 team and desserve a div 4 trial

Very good Demoman , div 4 for easy watch his demo and can say its realy good player with big talent to shot :) GL in search and pick him fast guys !!!!

A really nice guy with some sweet skills
played with him in some mixes, he’s like a good person and a talented demoman. Not for div3 but he can surely try div4, give him a chance.

just stay with your current team, go div 5 next season and improve with them. 4 might be a long shot anyway. take it step by step (:
