Div 2/Div 3 Skill, 6v6

Hello.
I would like to apply to a (if possible established) div3 team. From previous experience in div3 PCWs I feel confident that I can excel at that level. I would love to get a shot at div2 aswell. From playing div2 teams occasionally I think I could hold my own against some of the div2 scouts, but I would not consider myself a decent div2 scout yet. If you give me the time to adapt to div2 I suppose I could also excel at that level. I just lack the experience as of now.
What you can expect from me:
• Can play pretty much every day if you tell me in advance (would prefer to play 3 – 4 times a week. I don't want to play less)
• Will go over my own demos
• Actively trying to improve my movement and my aim
• I love to theorycraft and develop not yet to be seen pushes and holds including offclasses and such
• I would like to play in a team that isn't afraid of giving each other constructive criticism and is trying to improve team synergy instead of just playing for the sake of playing
• I'm not a very needy scout. Give me the occasional buff and I'm gonna do work.
• Very vocal since I've previously (tried to at least) maincalled and I am generally very talkative during the game. I surely can work on that if it is too much though.
• Trying my hardest to not die in the nemesis league. Alba halp. :(
What I expect from you:
• Please pair me with a just as keen scout that is willing to go over demos and become a very dynamic scout duo in a short amount of time. I do not believe in "passive" or "aggressive" scout roles. A scout should be able to play anywhere, anytime and not restrict himself into such a role. :)
• Generally fun, nice and calm people
• A game server and a mumble would be awesome

very capable and really nice guy, puts a lot of effort in the game and keen to improve, he always listens to the calls, give and can team-up with his scout partner really well.
I would recommend him to everyone who needs a scout.

Very keen and heaps of potential, played in div2 with him and tbh he is very capable of playing at a div2 level.
Profix is the best teammate you could ever ask for. He’s a good scout and everyone knows it, there’s no reason to remind it, but I do also think that he could surely play at a higher level than div3. What will make you fall in love with him is first of all the attitude he has towards the game. He is one of the keenest players I ever had the pleasure to play with and will always bring a good mood in mumble. You will never hear from him a single word of rage, he’s one of the most polite players around and he is always willing to help the others. I think he’s been a bit unlucky with his teams (and I should be blamed for this as well) and even though he was given some chances to prove himself the projects he was part of never had a great success. Oh, and he’s Swiss. Please give him a nice home. He deserves it.

No seriously, he is a best. Will smash every div 3 scout out there, so give him a chance in div 2 too, we have proof!
Far, far better than he gives himself credit for. You really won’t find a better scout at a division 3 level. Easy to play with and get along with, and is in that rare bracket of scouts that can actually work as a team. Was my favorite team-mate I ever played with too.

Apparantly some invite team used “our” metalworks last heavy pewpew through the wall hold last night. Probably executed much better than we ever did but still we we’re first! You heard it here first folks, best TF2 theorycrafter EU. :D
Also I need a nemesis mapping buddy or two since alba did in fact die due to sucking at Path of Exile and will not continue his tale in scrubcore and I will be. :~D

Has been div2 level for quite a while now, just chose not to play/got unlucky I think. We triald him once and he was a very nice guy and a great scout.

Probably one of most talented Scouts I’ve seen since I started playing this game. Clear comms, never heard anything bad in-game and absolutely never heard him being even nervous, yet alone mad.
Has the perfect combination of having the guts to do something great, brain, aim, great calls, calmness and being a great guy. Also, never missed our pcws, something I am very picky about. Should find a team with achy, they play like a couple with a 50 year long marriage behind them.

He’s certainly one of the greatest people I’ve met during my time playing TF2.
Beeing a genuinely funny and nice guy who’s enjoyable to have around in mumble and practically never gets noticably mad, frustrated or does anything else harmful to the team.
Not to mention that he’s an insanely good scout, espacially considering he’s never played a season above Div4. Always trying out new things to imrove his or his team’s game, I’m sure he’d have no problem at all competing in Div2.
But who am I to judge? Just see for yourself and give this guy a home on top the mountain.
Also, the flag is a big plus.

Damn fine player, managed low-d2 with IDK perfectly fine and fragged well.
Solid aim and a good brain to back it up – also one of the keenest people I’ve ever met, putting me well and truly to shame.
He also taught me how to rocketjump…

Profix is a really nice person with the potential to play on high division teams. He also helps out lower teams to improve their positioning and tactics like he did when he merc’d for us. Definately a good pickup for your team!
