No More Heroes

Yo! We're a new team looking to head into Division 3 in Season 16, a lot of you guys will already know me and who I am. I'm dedicated to the game and I want to make a team full of fun people who are decent and would like to improve.

In the regard we are looking for two scouts.

About us:

We're pretty mature and fun people. Between me (Enef) and Jundey and Strawberry you'll find some good friends and some good fun had in games. We want to improve but we also want to have fun, if you take the game super serious 100% of the time the only thing that happens is you get frustrated, we want to be serious but we want to have fun too. We understand that TF2 is kind of a silly game and its funny at times, if you feel this way also we'll definitely get along.

Personally i've been playing this game for almost 5 years competitively at this point, i have a lot of experience playing at a div3/4 level and i want to push higher now, i spent the last year or so with some lag issues and a couple of motivation issues towards the game, i want to focus on improving myself and i want to take a team to a higher place. I believe that as long as you are open and interested in improving, there's no reason you can't do so.

What we expect of you -:

-Nice guys! You should be fun to be around and easy going, don't be uptight, and you should be fun to play with.

-Div 3/4 Experience required, please! We'd prefer div3 experience if possible guys but any up and coming div4 players who think they can make an effort feel free to apply, i have a few people in mind for each class already but i'm always open to giving people a chance.

-Good listeners and brains! It's all well and good being a DM god but if you can't react and think and listen well then it's all a waste of time. I 100% believe that DM can get you to div3/4 in this game but if you want to go higher you need to learn to work with a team and to learn the game some, with us, this is a possibility but i don't want to have to teach you how to play a map. I honestly believe that if you are playing division 3 and you need me to tell you how to play any of the main maps then you went wrong somewhere down the line.

Onto some specifics:

Scouts:

I like having scouts that feed me information, i'm going to be pocketing and calling so i need information on positions of enemies, positions of the scouts themselves and i need accurate, good calls to help me. I'd prefer one very aggressive DM heavy scout and one defensive, brainy scout if possible but we can always iron that kind of thing out eventually. The main thing is that you don't whine constantly about your aim and being "off" etc.
