Quick introduction I'm a former COD4 competitive player. Recently formed an organisation called AstuteGamers, which was made early March this year. Now we're looking for a competitive TeamFortress 2 team to play under the name of AstuteGamers.
We have got 2 teams already. We have a CSGO team which is Savric, sacto, Kaeda, Riasii and st3ve. They're European players who have been in highteams such as anexis, visualize and k1ck, they are competing in ESL, UNGL and ESEA at the moment. Our other team is Shootmania which consists of former Call of Duty 4 players, that is myself, lonzie and razMki. We're competing in Go4SM cups at the moment and will be attending i49.
Now with us picking up GamePlayServers as a sponsor, we're now looking for more teams. Our website is 90% complete, as we're just waiting on the logo to be finished. The site is being designed by IVGrafix, the website will be completed on this Tuesday.

What we require from you:
* Results
> Where you have competed with the lineup i.e. links and screenshots etc.
* Active
> Be active 3-4 days a week if more would be a bonus
* Loyalty
> Not looking for a team that has had lineup changes several times within 1 month
* A team longer than 2 weeks
> We wan't a team that have already adapted to their team mates playstyles and have good chemistry

> Management who are here to help you progress within the organisation every step of the way.

> Which is based in either UK, Germany or France depending on your choice.
* Teamspeak 3 Server
> It will be shared with the rest of the teams within the organisation, so you'll have your channel and subchannels.

> Private forum section on the website.

Hello i am a former counter strike 1.6 competetive player that wants to enter a good team i never played competetive tf2 exept tf2 lobby and pugs

We’re looking for a TF2 team, not individual players.
Bump still looking, doesn’t necessarily have to be Div5/6 can be any Division we don’t mind, just make sure you match our criteria.
You still haven’t changed it from Teamspeak to Mumble as suggested.
Well, in my opinion looking for the whole team is not going to be that easy.
I would like you to let me know if u will be looking for some individual players in the future.

@fraac, we asked all of our teams within AstuteGamers at the moment and they prefer to use Teamspeak 3, we find Teamspeak 3 easier to use. Thanks for the advice though, I appreciate it.
As fraac said, the TF2 community uses mumble (mostly due to its superiority in net code – minimal lag is important in real-time games such as FPS’s, as I’m sure you know). It will be a true challenge indeed to find a TF2 team when they are forced to use TeamSpeak.
