Hello, Im looking for a scout for a 6s team in ETF2L division 3 – 4

What I want from you:
1. Good DM
2. Some competetive experience
3. Some gamesense but if you got really good DM and not so good gamesense, its not too hard to learn…
4. Non rager that takes games TOO Serious, if you get beaten, just take it and do not rage. (Ofc we take officials and scrims serious but not rage serious, (Unless its Grand finals, and we lose, then you are allowed to rage ^^. NEVER RAGEQUIT IN A MATCH.))
5. Participate in paying atleast 1 euros a month to keep the mumble and TF2 server up and running (Everyone that pays will have access to server RCON)(Not too necessary to pay 1 euro but it would be really appreciated to have these servers up and running as long as our team is alive :))
6. Be able to play minimum 4 times a week, would be nice with 5 – 6 :P 5 would be fine
7. Use an avatar after our theme :P
8. Want to improve
