Recruitment
Phrenic
Posted: | Last Online:
I'm Phrenic, a competitive Scout simply looking for a devoted and persistent team to apply myself to, my DM is empirically of div3 standard and I'm considerably flexible and understanding when it comes to tactical utilisation, adding me to your team will ensure that potentially immature/ego-driven behaviour you may attain other members is excluded, I am available to adhere to most playing schedules and have a proportional knowledge of the game.
Thanks for reading!

There’s probably a bunch I could write, but I don’t think Phrenic requires an explanation more than: good scout that uses his brain, a quick learner with high potential, and a fun person to be around.
Pick him up!

Smart, friendly and great dm. Div3 easy. Luck
You should check his prior recruitment post, the comments are definitely worth anyone’s while.
You should if you want clarity upon a segment of the communities ignorance and immaturity
*community’s
Everyone’s an upcoming talent now. “I’ve played some div3/2 mixes,therefore I’m div 3 now.It doesn’t matter that I only had div 6 exp.”
Stop overrating yourselves, people. Not many are “good at this game from their base”,unless you got lots of experience from other FPS games then you might be,but you people gotta cut this overrating shit out.
Gl finding a div5-max team.
Thanks God, it’s relieving to finally witness an unaffected mindset upon the matter.
Trane, deliberately plural, the nature of that segment doesn’t defy its intrinsically ensued nature to construe solidarity of identical attitude elsewhere since it’s a potent/influential deviation of behaviour.
Although you’re still thoroughly assuming, I’ve had enough experience to believe I’d be sufficient, your judgement lacks fluency until I’ve been trailed and prove otherwise.
*trialled
Because minor typos are definitely testament to any massive ordeal, you’re perpetuating reinforcement of your petty and aforementioned behaviour. I could quite easily go through various amounts of your posts and bring afloat your foibles.
is pretty cool and stuff

Keen. Needs to put more effort into being consistent and needs to stop caring about divisions.
Phrenic might have a ways to go, but without a team it’s going to take that process even longer. The div3 of now should fit him, and even if it doesn’t currently, practicing with a team will help him reach that level fast, or atleast much more quicker than sitting around playing a mix every now and then. He’s not terrible and he’s able to adapt.
Also, keep in mind his recruitment posts says “Div 3 Skill”, I had a talk with him about the difference between 2 and 3 and he understands it; he’s not overrating himself at all.
Again, pick him up!
got a little upset on DM against me just now,
goodluck finding a team homeslice :)
Seeing as he has zero actual league experience I expected him to be some sort of DM hero to account for his div3 (self) rating. Certainly not the case.
On the contrary, Edd, you initiated an argument by telling me to get good after killing me as a Soldier, me being Sniper in a DM server.
Trine, your 20 minute experience with me in a DM server in which I played Scout for a quarter of the time constructs absolutely no accuracy of any form, ratio-wise I happened to kill you more and I have the demo to prove it. You should depart from your fallacious and desperate attempt to fill my recruitment post with unintelligible trash, you’d think with that amount of effort you’d make at least a few plausible points, certainly not the case.
Shut up, Phrenic.
Stop:
– Replying to posts
– Making excuses
– Caring about people’s opinions
– Pulling the U HAVE NO EVIDENCE card
Start:
– Focusing on improving ingame
– Proving yourself ingame instead of in stupid internet arguments
– Thinking about how you can stop the things that are your excuses from happening
So what if someone doesn’t think you’re the div? If you reply you look like a nob and if you don’t then no one that reads the post can know if he’s right or not, so you can prove it to them ingame. Herp de derp derp herp hurruurur durrurururu.
Trust me dude I did the same shit, ask any skillpolicer ever.
Excuses being more plausible claims encompassing factual basis, moreso reasons. If someone states something and I believe it’s wrong then obviously I’m going to defy it and explain why, what purpose is there in leaving deliberately misleading posts when trying to recruit.
– Pulling the U HAVE NO EVIDENCE card – evidence reinstates mere claims, ironically evidential plausibility is within mine and people who I’ve played with consistently with’s hands. Obviously your emotional defiance due to unadulterated view will fuel dynamically inapplicable reasoning.
Start:
– Focusing on improving ingame – irrelevant to mention due to the nature of its manifest.
– Proving yourself ingame instead of in stupid internet arguments – debates aren’t suddenly stupid due to being on the internet, simply a transitional medium to allow such. Everything I’ve stated can be followed up upon accordingly, proving myself as a forefront trial-wise will consist of said motivational factors.
– Thinking about how you can stop the things that are your excuses from happening – not excuses, border of judgemental thought.
If people are insecure then okay, I look like a ‘nob’, from any rational perspective I’m filtering illogicality. I’m sure the ‘skillpolicers’ have as much judgemental quality as you have. You can effectively transmute understanding without the initially nulling insults, for the sake of systematic logicality, you shut up.
