–PLEASE READ–
We're a newly formed team that will be entering division 6 in S13. Currently we have 6 members but because we are not always available to play at the same time we are still in need of what I suppose you could call substitutes, but in reality you would be playing as much as everyone else as long as you're available at the right times.
Please bear in mind that even though we are a new team a lot of us have comp experience so if you are completely new to competitive 6v6 TF2 we're not interested sorry. I don't care if you've been in a highlander season, or if you've played a lot of lobby, we need a player that knows what they're doing on the battlefield.
What we are looking for in each class..
Medic:
-Can main call.
-Knows heal orders.
-Knows holding and pushing positions for the main maps.
Demo:
-Knows the rollouts for all the main maps.
-Knows when to be aggressive and when to be defensive.
Scout:
-Can protect the demo at mid fights.
-Can cap points (seriously, a lot of scouts suck at this surprisingly.. too much frag hunting not enough helping the team).
Soldier:
-As roamer knows his push+hold positions on all the maps and helps the scouts on the flanks.
-As pocket can kill scouts… srsly you need to be able to fuck scouts up. Also doesn't leave the medic, unless it's called.
Something that applies to all players:
-If you talk too much in games, don't expect to be accepted into the team.
-If you don't call at all ever, don't expect to be accepted into the team.
-If your game-sense sucks balls, don't expect to be accepted into the team.
-If your DM sucks balls, don't expect to be accepted into the team.
tl;dr: Go back and read it all you lazy noob.
Even if you think you won't be suitable for the team there is no harm in adding me and playing a few games with the team to trial out, we don't bite :)

I’d like to join as a substitute as a scout. My biggest con is that I only have around 610 hours of gameplay time. But I checked some of u guys out and u seem to have around the same amount

i would like to participate in the demoman trials.
im good with rollouts, and know when to play aggresive/defensive.

I’ll play. Shit at roll-outs, not going to matter in div6 anyway. I’m just really bored so might as well have some fun playing demo.
