Deciding to try and shake off some rust and get back into TF2. i46 had such a good vibe and TF2 feels like it will be worth the time investment.

Ideal team would have an underlying friendship that holds the team together, as opposed to a team of skilled players who barely tolerate each other. A roster that has been together for a long time is a huge bonus as newly formed teams tend to fizz out fairly quickly.

The potential to attend LAN's is a pretty big plus as well. Would like to make a showing at most big iseries LAN's.
