Good morning, afternoon or evening to whoever reads this :)

My name is Pledge, I am a commentator for VanillaTV.org and I have played TF2 competitively for over 1500 days if you look at my ETF2L profile! In that time, I have reached the very bottom of the premiership 3 years ago, have played countless of seasons between Division 1 and Division 3, and I have mentored a team of Division 4 players to all play around Division 2 within a year. From these players, a couple even reached the premiership and division 1 afterwards.

Now that we got that out of the way – time for the real reason you're reading this: I am starting up a new mentor team! I have got some time on my hands after i46 and I would like to spend my evenings training 6 players up from about Division 5 level to become very solid, skilled TF2 players around Division 2 or 3 within a year, once again. I will be be the leader, mentor and manager of the team, as well as the general backup for when someone is away. I will NOT be a starting player myself, as I would like to keep on casting :)

Right now, I have my good friend and soldier NooBTarD confirmed to play for my team, as well as maybe 1-2 other players from the UKCS gaming community unconfirmed. I'm still looking for every single class, so just add me and let me know about who you are, what class you play, what experience you already have and when you'd like to join up! For a full list of credentials, here you go:

What I'd like from you:
– A player with basic knowledge of TF2 (rollouts, uberadvantage meta and general tactics)
– A player who likes to learn about the game and who would want to improve.
– A player who doesn't mean spending individual time playing deathmatch or MGE to improve skill.
– A player who can spend 4-5 evenings a week (sunday through thursday) playing TF2 from 20.00 to 22.30 CET.
– A nice person who doesn't just come in and leaves, but who socialises and is likeable.
– A very good understanding of English, both able to speak it very well and able to listen easily.

What I offer:
– A team full of people wanting to improve and capable of communicating in proper English.
– A mentor who can help you get better inidividually as well as teambased.
– A team that will improve rapidly across the divisions as soon as a lineup gets sorted.
– Mumble and TF2 server (again, as a lineup gets sorted)
– Nice and friendly people – I really don't want to do this with a bunch of assholes, I'm the only one who can be a dick!

Please don't apply if your English not of a medium to high standard, communication needs to happen easily. Also don't apply if you're going to waste my time or try to troll me by thinking you're some sort of undiscovered talent – I will figure that out soon enough. And obviously, don't apply if you can't stand criticism. This is a team of learning: I WILL point out your mistakes and expect you to work on fixing them.
