Hello theree! :DD
My name is Mike, ingame Squirry :] I'm in the market again after some problems with Continuity Enigma. I've been playing div4/3 mixes vs teams, and I think when I fix some problems with dm aspect, and doing few demo reviews of my own demos, I'd be ready to battle in div3, just I need a chance and mature lads to stay.
What I can offer you.
+Keen lad, willing to improve.
+3 seasons experience, one in div6 (1st), another one in div5 (2st), and another one in div4 (unfortunately dropped)
+Leader experience in 2 teams already.
+Requered individual skills such DM, aim, movements.
+Decent offclasing.
+I rather playing in smart mode instead w+m1 ;P
+Talkative scout
+Up for tactic sessions or demo reviews (I would like coz already I review my own demos as I said before)
+I'd be lanable in a future, I'll be in i49 hopefully
What I need.
+Keen lads, team willing to improve and same effort put in TF2 as me.
+Normal stuff, mumble and gameserver
+I can trial div4 or try in div3, no worries about what division as long as I love the teammates

Nice guy seems to be keen as fuck, if he keeps practicing I am sure his DM will improve. Can easily play div 4 maybe pushing div 3 with a strong scout partner.

Nice kid, keen to a fault. Can certainly handle mid div 4. If he had been with a team in div 4 as long as he’s been searching, he’d probably have stepped up to div 3 by now. Just needs game time.

Squirry really deserves a team that puts in the same amount of effort that he does into improving. I have very little doubt that once he settles into a team with regular team mates he can really start to shine. Good luck mate :)
It’s only really his deathmatch that’s lacking but with the amount he’s started playing on DM servers, that should change soon

you really should give him a shot. he is very keen, willing to improve on every edge he can, always asking after a match for a review. he can listen to calls, plays with brain. its just the “click on people an make them pop away” thing that could be better. but im sure, if he has the playtime and the chance, it will improve fast.
