Can speak english rather well and willingly to improve whatever criticism as long as it's constructive ones.
although im relatively new to competitive 4.5 months i do have mentors that can help me to improve my gameplay.
im 23 years old and im mature and never rage.
What i expect from a team is 3 practise days per week and not less. A reason why i left my older team is just because of that.

    Good and promising demoman! The fact that he have been playing in a div 6 team have slowed him down imo. Geive him a try all div 4 teams and he will improve fast as fuck. Also i am his mentor so yeah… gg

    Very nice guy, definitely doesn’t rage during matches.

    He did have major mouse issues in pretty much all the games we played, however excluding that I think his DM and gamesense are a bit lacking, especially for a div 4 trial. Rollouts need some work as well but he did improve over time with some mentoring. I think he lacks confidence which is far from what you want in your Demo, and I’ve thought this before we played in XVTN. Maybe being in a div 6 team slowed him down on improving but he wasn’t exactly carrying to be honest.

    Div 5 teams should trial and give him a chance/TLC.

    Maidos has a good understanding of the game, and he can probably push div4 as long as he keeps improving his DM. He just needs a chance to break through tbh, there is a lot of potential.
