Male, UK, looking to get into competetive TF2

I have around 450 hours logged in total, I MGE often, I Lobby usually on the weekends. I've never been in serious teams before only ones that scrimm, I like both 6v6 and Highlander.

I'd like to join a team that will help me get better at TF2 and have fun whilst doing it, preferably a team that isn't anti-brony.

I have Mumble, Teamspeak, and Vent, and a fully functional microphone.
