Male, UK looking to get into TF2 competitively

The first match I loaded up I was Scout and I have been ever since.
I've been in a few teams, none very hardcore but I really want to find one

I have an overall play time of 250 hours at time of writing but I reset my stats 2 weeks ago so the class times aren't accurate. I'm good at following commands an I always try to seize the initiative when fighting or capping and remain as unpredictable to the enemy as I can.

I prefer 6v6 a significant amount more than Highlander and I'm already in a Highlander team, so this is basically a 6v6 application

I have Mumble, TeamSpeak and Skype
