Have no previous team experience except running my own team for few days (with amazing results tho)

Must focus on tactics and comms

Just because creating plays, working together, clearing flanks, backcaping is so much fun o/

I got my own server and mumble btw

So rather than joining an already estabilished team I could just 'pick' some div 5 / maybe even div 4 and train to death. We would just work on our comms to make them sound like prem, talk through and do all pushes and scenarios on empty maps, learn different mid fights and master them. Basically make everyone think on his own and be responsible for himself, rather than call everything. I tried it with my own team (mostly div 5/6 players) and we gave a decent fight to some div 3 mixes until they went doublesniper. So if you are up to suck boring tactical stuff, but then be twice as good and have much more fun from playing then
