I'm 20 years old and from Denmark. I prefer to play from 20:00-22:00 CET but a bit earlier is possible from time to time.
I'm looking for a team that practices and plays together (almost) every day also I prefer if pepole are around my age or older… please no 13-15 kids going crazy over the game O_O. The team must have a stable lineup and as few people mercing and mixing as possible (I actually want to play with the team and practice the teamwork).
I'm very serious and passionate about the game and my goal is to become the best therefore the team must have the same goal as well >=QD.
I'm not a rager but that doesn't mean I can't get frustrated if things aren't going my way but I just go quiet instead of yelling ^_^.
I have great deathmatching skills (but still work hard on improving it) and my gamesense is (most of the time) not half bad either (but still working hard on improving that as well). Based on this I'm more of a roamer than pocket so I would prefer to roam (long leash). I would say my dm is div 3-2 and my gamesense div 3 so that's why I have set my skilllevel right in between.
The communication has to be in english since that's what I'm used to and also I don't know that many other languages. O_o
The team has to have it's own server so there is no "the server is occupied so we can't play… let's go lobby!"
Other than that I'm looking forward to hearing from you (add me on steam if interested) and hopefully joining a team that is working hard on reaching the top but still have room for fun. =Q)

Based on some conversations I’d postulate that he is neither anywhere near div2 nor equipped with a productive attitude.
Statements like being perfectionist about demo-review yet not doing anything about the spotted mistakes for example have been read.

I’m looking to improve and become the best so why in the world would I not correct my mistakes? If there is a lot to improve I of course have to prioritise and that may get to neglection of some assets that I will just have to postpone to make way for more important (tf2 related) things.
As far as I can tell he really wants to improve and puts time and effort into it. Should have no problems in d3 and can set his sights on going higher in the near future. Considering his keeness, he should have bright future ahead of him. Good luck.
Your dm is good given the right direction etc prob could hold his own just don’t always agree with your choices in games (minor thing can improve easily).
