We're not sure yet what to do about the inactivity (school graduation) of LooGiii so we're thinking about trialing some people.
Your role:
ROAMING-SOLDIER
What you should be:
– likeable person, not too shy
– a non-rager
– available at least 3 days from sun-thu
– completely reliable, we don't need clanhoppers. We need people who do not ragequit a team after 1 or 2 bad results, this happens everywhere.
What you should have:
– AT LEAST div 2 experience (and history! If you don't have, don't apply)
– gamesense
– good comms, it's all about calling precisely what's happening around you
– decent aim ;)
– Good ping to standard european Gameservers (german, nl etc.) and no timeouts (ye, sometimes it happens, but not every single match)
What we can offer:
– Mumble
– Stable team
– Nice atmosphere, we're all best friends in here
– Division 2 this season (We chose div 1 because this is our short- / midterm goal)
– Playing a lot
It's a HUGE plus if you're german

I know you guys love to comment on things, but we do not need people telling us how nice and decent we are in this post and we don’t need people telling us how shit and impolite we are (most of the time for a reason, especially if teams/certain players think they’re the gods of tf2 themselves) and that a headshot is 149 HP which happened exactly once in about 4 years i’m playing tf2 now.
And don’t make any effort to post shit again, I have no problems to reopen and close this post again at work. I even get paid for it.

shock and awe team. once you get past being surprised by their unconventional gaming I believe it will be harder for them to win. will need to adjust a bit on that aspect of the game imo.
