Sorry but why are you posting this in public istead of talking to your team mates? Doesn’t look very mature tbh.
I disagree. A bad mumble atmosphere is really damaging to team performances, it does seem like he’s tried his best to resolve it in game.
Good luck, this may be the kick up the arse your team-mates need.
Because some people can’t take a hint when being told several times in private…
I’m still hoping that this public “rant” will have a positive impact, something that will make them realize how stupid it is to be disrespectful to your team mates…
Moreover, unless you really know our team, you can’t really figure who I’m talking about in this recruitment post.

very good scout, when he is on the game he is a awesome player,
guy really did try with idk they seemed to get more knocks than anything else and he just kept at it.

the main points i would make are
1) check out item 2 on that list. you see this shit? you went with the “It’s Complicated,” droso. rookie move.
2) replying to the “wall inquiries” of all the eager eyes of etf2l.
3) etf2l doesn’t have privacy settings to change to keep ceder from stalking you.
good scout, very impressed with his play, could handle prem were there any actual prem teams in need of players at this point.
this is a real shame because your such a good scout/sniper and a really lovely guy :(

No reason to go public with this when you could’ve just said this to them in private, especially since they “can’t take a hint”. How hard would it be to say to them that the atmosphere is shit and if the raging/whining/bitching doesn’t stop then you will leave?
vali; it doesnt always work when told just in private, even the most ‘official’ talk when done in private isnt enough so a good kick in the butt via the forums etc. sometimes works. nobody is a complete asshole or douche, people just dont realise / lose focus on the topic and continue on doing it even after being talked to
Personally I wouldn’t go down the public team criticism through recruitment post road, but I don’t know what happened in idk (hehe); If droso thinks this is a good idea then who is anyone outside idk itself to judge?
Droso’s an awesome guy and as he pointed out he only means well. Hope you get the team sorted out!

droso, you don’t have to explain to anyone your reasons for not continuing. I know droso better than most in my months playing with him (and the months prior to forming the lineup) and I can vouch for him on his dedication and commitment to the game. Not only that but hes one of the nicest guys I’ve had the pleasure of knowing online and has a real determination to improve his game.
I think its quite fitting he chose to post it publicly, as he mentions “it’s no longer criticism when you just keep PM’ing me about players being bad and that they should be replaced (you’ll recognize yourself)”. This was a regular occurrance when I was leading alongside droso and at times, I was on the receiving end of that criticism too. I know you need to be made of tough skin, but sometimes its better to get behind people than to knock them all the time and put teams and/or their leaders under pressure (hell, its a hard enough job as it is).

Really though to most of us this rec post is just our daily slice of e-drama. Every team will have issues with atmosphere, I have been tempted to pack it in myself and go on a public attention seeking spree but I don’t think it will benefit any of us in the long term, you can either keep playing with people you’re with now, change the line-up or pack it in. Luckily for Droso he is a talented enough player to have a lot of options available to him, although it is sad to see idk? having more roster issues, their results were pretty good, top 10 on cadred and though they can’t be put amongst the elite in Europe there wasn’t much stopping them improving to make it to that level one day.

I have to be honest here, droso is a very fun guy and calm in mumble with good comms.
His scout play is based on aim only, he chases WAY too much and makes rookie mistakes because of that. He makes good kills and clutch plays and has incredible aim but when he grows more gamesense and stops chasing, he is ready for Prem.
