After TLR’s display versus TCM-Gaming in the ESH cup, I think it would be fair to say not to underestimate this team. Out of no where TLR have risen and become a worthy contender to compete versus the top teams. With Epsilon not practicing as much and -Jh- rustier than the anchor used for the titanic (he’ll prove me wrong I hope xD), we should have an epic match to watch!

We are almost near the end of the “off-peak” Team Fortress 2 season, and we hope this match will kick start TF2 back into gear! I hope all you enthusiasts can make it and listen to etf2l.radio!

Congratulations to TCM-Gaming for drawing their final AFS game last night and thus winning Division 1. This is the first time TCM-Gaming have claimed the top spot in an ETF2L season, after finishing in the Top 3 for two of the last three seasons.

Admin changes and the search for more!

We are sad to let you know that due to other commitments Kop decided to step down from being Head Admin. Being one of the people that brought ETF2L to where it is now we are sorry to see him move to a more passive role. We would like to thank him for what he has done for ETF2L and wish him all the good fortune. Also departing our staff from the AC-team is Iller. Our thanks and best wishes go out to him as well.

With the current Head Admin Team now ‘only’ consisting out of RaCio it became clear we would need to seek a full and active Head Admin Team again to ensure ETF2L can provide the best for the ever growing tournaments as well as making great improvements on sponsorship side. That is why we are glad to announce that both SnowiE and Dave have been found willing and able to strengthen our Head Admin staff. Both have already proven themselves on trial in the past weeks and we are sure the complete admin team can work together to keep improving ETF2L.

Amongst some other planned additions to the staff we are pleased to announce Buffalo Bill will be strengthening our staff as a League Admin, be nice to him!

Due to the extraordinary number of signups for the Highlander Challenge as well as our plans for the future, we are looking to expand the admin team further. We are particularly looking for experienced Anti-Cheat Admins. Applications for League Admins, News-writers and Web-coders are welcome as well. If you wish to apply please send an email to [email protected] stating your full name, age, any appropriate experience you have and what your motivation is to join the Admin team.

Tonight is the night. The final match of the AFS League will decide who takes home the grand title of AFS Division 1 Champion. Facing off are  TCM-Gaming and  Team Broder, TCM is currently leading the tables along with Epsilon eSports, both totalling 15 points, Broder is right behind them with 13 points. This means Broder will have to secure wins on both maps to claim the 1st place in division 1. To be sure of the 2nd place Epsilon will have to rely on one team gaining no points in this match-up. The battle for the pixel cup ends this evening, make sure you don’t miss it.
