The official divisions are now released! They can be viewed on the Competitions dropdown menu, you will notice a slight difference to the way we have previously done highlander seasons.

High is now being done in two Round Robin Groups of six teams, the top three of each group will go into a six team single elimination bracket when playoffs come around. Prem, Mid and Open are unchanged from last season.

Due to high now being in RR format teams in high will need to manually schedule their games. Each week (excluding week 1) must be scheduled by the preceding Friday, if an agreement cannot be reached for a schedule both teams should comment on the match page with the days/times that they can play and an admin will schedule the match based on those comments.

There will be no wildcards.

The Highlander Season 14 Premiership Qualifiers are hereby announced. The following four teams will play through a single elimination bracket for two spots, with Budget Toucans facing off against inVision, while Tourettes Chessclub battles it out against SENSATION.

Default mercs may only have high experience; players with more than three games in Premiership over the past three seasons cannot be used as default mercs and must be approved by your opponent.

There will be only one round played, which will be a best-of-3 match, with the winning team gaining a spot in Premiership for this season. Deadlines for both Premiership Qualifier matches are on 11th of November, 23:59 CET.

If teams are having any issues regarding game scheduling please contact the admin team.

Map pool used for these matches will be the same as for the Main season. For koth_coalplant, the b7 version of the map will be used for these matches.

Welcome everyone to the conclusion of the 28th season of ETF2L 6v6 for open, mid and, high. Premiership playoffs will be announced once the final games of the regular season have been played and will be updated to this post.

We hope you enjoyed the matches, and for the teams that made it through, congratulations.

All tiers will have playoffs, all playoff matches will be using the Map Elimination system. Note that all dates are estimates and teams are able to negotiate other days by scheduling with their opponents.

If you find yourself on the list of these teams expect an admin to add you and request your availability, if there is no information or insufficient information given we will have to decide your match dates for you. Keep in mind that we will try and accommodate both teams, but the match date may still vary from your provided days, if for example none of the days match with your opponent, but your opponent offered more days than you did. Deadlines listed for the matches are flexible and may be changed in certain situations if admins are contacted about allowing extensions on these.

Semi Finals will be played from 12th – 17th November.

Grand Finals will be played from 19th – 26th November.

Season Schedule

• Signups: October 29 – 10 November, 21:00 CET  (Premiership signup deadline is November 5th)
• Publishing of Provisional Divisions: November 11
• Publishing of Final Divisions: November 12
• Pre-Season Playoffs: November 5 – November 11
• Main Season: November 12 – December 16 (5 Weeks)
• Playoffs: January 7 – January 20

If you intend to sign up for the Premier Division we encourage you to do so as soon as possible due to the Pre-Season Playoffs. We will only consider teams for the Pre-Season Playoffs that signed up before November 5th 21:00 CET. Additionally we expect teams without a guaranteed Premier Division spot to be able to play all of the days mentioned above.

There will be a gap between the main season ending and the playoffs due to the holidays.
