   Welcome to the Highlander Nations Cup #7 Quarter Finals!

   This match will be played as a best-of-three.

   Maps will be decided using the following Map Elimination System:

   Both teams need to agree on who eliminates first. If the two teams cannot agree, they need to perform a heavy fist fight. The winner of this heavy fist fight can decide if he wants to start of if the other team should.

   Team A bans a map
   Team B bans a map
   Team B picks a map
   Team A picks a map
   Team B bans a map
   Team A bans a map
   The remaining map is the decider

   Good luck for both teams!

   Dear Teams,

   It has come to our attention that Germany avoids to respond to map picks 36 hours before the match schedule.

   3.11. Playoff matches must have maps chosen before matches are about to be played:

   If one of the two teams avoids or does not respond to map picks 36 hours before the match’ schedule, the opposing team will get a map picking advantage. If one of the two teams keeps being uncooperative up until four hours before the match is scheduled, the other team will get to choose all the maps for the relevant official.

   If there are any issues, contact a League Admin on [ETF2L’s Discord server] as soon as possible. Before the official, match comments must be used to display any official agreements..

   Therefore France gets a map advantage in map picks and the new pick/ban order will be:

   France bans a map
   France bans a map
   Germany picks a map
   France picks a map
   Germany bans a map
   France bans a map
   The remaining map is the decider
