if you have them, then what’s the problem with putting them out? hiding something? or no demos?

a player in team “Placeholder” was caught cheating. They receive a Major Warning for Cheating. As “9 Particles” already received a default win because of a different issue, no further action has been taken.

“The opposing team can request demo files at any time until 48 hours have passed after an official match was scheduled to start. They can request demos from up to two opposing players, who will then have to provide their demos for all played maps. A team is only allowed to make four demo requests in a single competition.”
You are required to upload demos if requested by your opponent (admin action isnt needed here), hope this helps

idk what you are trying to say but this match started saturday 18CET and less than 1h after that your demo was requested by your opponents which means you will have to upload the demo (only reason admins havent given out a punishment for this yet is because they already have their hands full)
They dont need a reason to do this, they just can because by the rules you HAVE TO RECORD DEMOS for every match played, only stipulation is, that they can only request up to 4 demos a season total
