Welcome to the Highlander Season 22 Division 2 Quarter Finals!

This match will be played as a best-of-three.

Maps will be decided using the following Map Elimination System:

Both teams need to agree on who eliminates first. If the two teams cannot agree, they need to perform a heavy fist fight. The winner of this heavy fist fight can decide if he wants to start of if the other team should.

    Team A bans a map
    Team B bans a map
    Team B picks a map
    Team A picks a map
    Team B bans a map
    Team A bans a map
The remaining map is the decider

    Good luck for both teams!

Dear teams Cult of Ivan and Inactive,

please upload the demos of FTH, Adje, TheMasterOfDisaster, and MS within 72 hours or face a penalty in accordance with the General ETF2L Rules.
You have to use the ETF2L demo upload system for archives under 100 MB, third party hoster links will be ignored. Please notify an admin if your archive exceeds 100 MB.
Minor Warnings for missing demos can be removed later after talking to an admin, as long as the Minor Warnings of your team did not stack up to a Major Warning yet.

2.1 Every player has to record Demos

Demo files can be requested by an admin or any player of the opposing team.

Admins may request demo files at any time until the end of the competition an official match was played in; a competition is considered ongoing until its wrap-up post is published. Admins may request as many files as they require.

The opposing team can request demo files at any time until 48 hours have passed after an official match was scheduled to start. They can request demos from up to two opposing players, who will then have to provide their demos for all played maps.
Players have to record the entirety of their official matches. Missing segments of any kind (e.g. rounds, halves) can count as a missing recording and may result in a team Warning and an infraction for the player.

2.1.1 Penalties for not providing requested demos

Failure to provide a requested demo file before its due time (i.e. 72 hours after being requested) will result in a penalty for the player and a warning being issued to their team. Multiple instances of requested demo files not being applied come with greater punishments for both the player and the team.
Warnings applied to teams that fail to provide requested demo files can be removed once those files are uploaded.

    Player penalties.
    – First time: No ban.
    – Second time: Player is banned for two weeks from all ETF2L competitions.
    – Third time: Player is banned for two months from all ETF2L competitions.
    – Fourth time or more: Player is banned for one year from all ETF2L competitions.

    Team penalties.
    – First time: Minor warning that can be removed if the demo is uploaded.
    – Second time or more: Major warning that can be removed if the demo is uploaded.

Penalties are applied if a requested demo is not provided within 72 hours.

Is it standard procedure to request pyro demos of a bo3 two months after the game without even sending me as much as an email?

    Anyways, uploaded :)

  13. ETF2L Staff said:

The demo request emails are sent to your team leaders – he needs to forward them to you

  14. ETF2L Staff said:

    Dear teams,

team “Inactive” has received one Minor Warning for failing to provide a full recording of TheMasterOfDisaster’s Badwater GC round. The part after the player’s reconnect is missing.
Team “Cult Of Ivan” has received one Minor Warning for failing to provide FTH’s Upward demos.

If you are able to provide the demos at a later date, please contact our League Admin staff on Discord in order to get the warnings removed as the season has to be unarchived for you to be able to upload demos to the site.

    Dear teams,

due to the very late timing of the demo request and the even later verification of the demos themselves it has been decided that any demos missing will not lead to player infractions.
