Dear teams,
It has come to our attention that team “Stinghan Academy” used a merc that was not brought up to their opponents or on the match page itself. Adding on to this, player “bluR-” would not have been eligible to play as a default merc due to being rostered in a team that is in a higher tier than this match is.
Due to this, “Stinghan Academy” will receive a default loss and a minor warning for the use of an unapproved merc in this match.

Probably because the team you played for never presented you as a merc on the match page or via messaging. Hence why we were led to believe they were simply using their rostered players, only noticing afterwards that they had an unrostered player.

Dear teams,
It was also brought into our attention that one of our league admins was asked about the merc in question for this match and was allowed by them to play for the game, only for the said admin in question to find afterwards as well that the player was ineligible of playing.
Due to this mistake from our admin team, we have decided to revert the results back to how they were before as the merc was verified by a league admin. Minor warning for not presenting the merc on the match page or to the enemy team will remain however for team “Stinghan Academy”.

I don’t see why we should be punished for the carelessness of an admin (Menty) that should know better.
The problem with this is that any team leader can simply ask an admin like menty to verify a merc instead of asking the other team or presenting them as a default merc. If the admin gets it wrong they can simply say “but the admin allowed it” and get away with a minor warning. If the admin denies the merc they can simply find another player, win win for them.
Im sorry but we were told the admins will discuss this before making the judgement. Then it took roughly 1 day for the initial default to be given which is like alright fair they discussed stuff and probs had to wait on other admins to be around. THEN when players from stinghan complain that “he was allowed by an admin” and it gets reverted because apparently the admins didnt talk to eachother to find out that menty had given them permission? Why would a div 2 default merc be allowed in the first place? It is literally against the rules that you admins are meant to reinforce.
Also, a team with a prem player already in it is just allowed a div 2 merc for a MID official. Seems about right.
OS should not be punished for an admins mistake, especially when any loss could mean losing a spot for playoffs,and what punishment does the admin get? likely nothing.

Ok, to make it clear. Admin said hes ok then Bajer FORGOT to say about merc. They got minor for that. Why do you expect forfeit win for you? Coz we used that merc? Hmm, he was approved by admin. You lost, then you’re trying to get win after me talking to ur leader that it was admin’s mistake, so nobody should be punished. I would be mad if that game would be at least close but it wasn’t
No Stinghan, mercs are fine. But not ex prem mercs that quite clearly had a huge impact on the game. Both he and the prem soldier hard carried. Nor would he have been a default merc for obvious reasons such as etf2l and ugc experience.
that ex-prem player played prem in s10. Its s17 already. If he wouldn’t join Kranker he would be def merc

Oh, why are -SA- allowed to circumvent the points rule anyway? They have tuja, who played prem s14. Therefore, he is worth 3 points.

Yes you can have higher tier gamers in the roster,but once seasons starts you can only add limited numbers of players to the roster who have played higher divs

Honestly don’t even care about the “was he was he not merc” scenario, admin communication is absolutely god-awful; I think we can all agree on that.
