    Our team would like to make a protest about the game with CM. We’re asking admins to check demos from both maps and make a decision on following questions:
    1. Playing cp_well, last round when the score was 1:1 – demoman from CM team jumped over a train 7 seconds before the round start, killed our scout and broke up assault on central point. After that our attack became impossible and we were forced onto defensive that ends with stalemate.
    2. On the cp_gravelpit we have some doubts about a config. First of all, during the first time of our defense, when CM were capturing point A time had elapsed one second before the capture, it is can be seen on the submitted demo, however it results in a win. Secondly, map wasn’t played according the rules, mp_timelimit wasn’t set to 0(set to 30minutes, no 2rounds rule), and so if attack/defense were drawn out to a great length, we wouldn’t be able to play full 2 rounds.

    I would like to say something about it.

    First to cp_well, I saw at the demo, that our demo (cortez) began his jump at -7s (7 seconds before start) was over the train at -6s and landed -5s on the other side. So it should be not against the rules.

    Secondly to cp_gravelpit, I remember that I didnt execute mp_timelimit 0, so that is right, but nevertheless it didnt affect the game because we need only 28 minutes – (timelimit was 30 min)
    And now to the first round:
    We were on defense, DR captured A after 56 and didnt get B in time,
    so we changed sides and we get A faster than they, and because of Stop-watch-mode we won
    even we didnt attack B.
    As one can see, some of the DR-member didnt know the rules, they said that they won the first round at the beginning of the second round.

    I think it was a fair match and the result shows the real strength of both teams.
    I hope that the result will not change.

    About cp_well we use the rule 1.5.5:
    “cp_well: It’s not allowed to jump over the train until countdown reaches 5 seconds
    It’s forbidden to jump over the trains to opponent’s side during the “Installation Time” until Countdown reaches 5 seconds. Jumping on the trains and spamming over is allowed whole time.”
    So, we’re asking admins to make their decision about this. If jumpin at -7s and landing at -5 is allowed – we will recognize, that it’s ok and will do the same ;)

    About cp_gravelpit: we know, that if you captured A before 56s – you win, and we did’t bickered that. We say, that you did’t captured A before 56s is over. You stood on A point with x4 player and when time of its capture has come to end icon in the bottom of the screen didn’t become completely blue. So, in our opinion, you were not able to capture point A.
    About timelimit: we are fortunate that we had finished at 28m, but we could be not in time. In any case, the configuration was not on rounds and was incorrect.
    And, by the way, should not we play under the scheme attack-defense-defense-attack? And instead we played attack-defense-attack-defense.

    In general, there are many disputes – though Admins decide.

    for gravelpit:
    the stopwatchmode is used there, so there is no timelimit.

    If you want, we could play this match again. Completely two maps, or partially, for example, to the first victory on well and whole gravalpit. In our opinion, it will be fair play =)

    I think its a kind of the valve programming that you did win the first round.
    We load the configs (only forgot the timelimit 0-rule), we had nothing to do with the stopwatch.

    Sorry, but I dont know about the rule to play on gravelpit attack-defense-defense-attack.
    But its right, this would be better to play this style.

    From my point of view, there is no need for a rematch.

    Ok, if CM not want a rematch, we will understand it. So, sorry for concern! But if you still want it, and Admins are not against it, we are ready to play on Sunday 5th October at 18.30 cet, as agreed ;)

    And, ofcourse, from now we may do the same things in out next match in this league =)))
