I don’t see the problem honestly, I did absolutely terrible and none of the “prem” players actually carried. Maybe you guys should learn not to find excuses for your constant tilted nature, you should also work more as a team than individuals that care about logs, because you were all split up constantly, dying one by one.
^nightmare didn’t carry and our 2nd “prem” player is a pyro main with 13 matches on etf2l and 6 of those were in open,he played twice prem in a cup as pyro
if we put them aside we had 4 players with more frgs than everyone on your team,there is really no reason to complain,especiallly because this is a cup

+ your solly could’ve killed our med 2/3 times but decided to shoot me 5 meters far from our med

I thought there was a rule where players couldn’t play for both main teams and fun teams during the same tournament (except as merc). Which applies for both Mystt and alba.
According to the rules we’re allowed to have 1 team change, in this case that would be either Myst or Alba, so the other one would’ve been a merc, we were unaware about this rule. Then again, Cheeseburger used Haku as a merc without asking us, now we’re not going to complain about that, since it’s a fun-cup. Plus when they readied up, they agreed to play with these terms and they’ve given us a default win so they lose any right to claim a default loss on us.

@nightmare,i accepted haku as merc but yeah,he joined before asking us and they apparently forgot to ask until i reminded them

While we accept roster switching is a relevant argument as the “roster swap” occurred between group and knockout stage Myst and Alba would not have been verified in time and as such would still count as mercs.
As such the match wiill be defaulted in favour of Cheeseburger Cat Enthusiasts unless you can present proof that both were accepted before the match started.

How does it make any sense that it’s a default loss for using unapproved mercs if the other team also used an unapproved merc?
Also alba could be considered a default merc, because despite being on a prem team’s roster, he’s not ‘experienced’ in any division, since he hasn’t played in any regular season officials that are higher than open.
@Strike, doesn’t matter, Alba is on a double roster just like Myst and both have played games in the cup with different teams. There’s a rule that prohibits people from playing with two teams during a cup, though I didn’t know about this rule. Sasami also approved Haku, but nobody wrote it on the etf2l page.
The only thing I’m curious about is how we still got a default loss even though cheeseburger already gave us a default win? In a scenario where Cheeseburger would’ve given us a default before the game would even take place, this wouldn’t have happened.
Still I guess we were wrong, sorry guys for the mistake, good luck in the finals :o)

everyone who played that match knows we deserve to be in semifinals a lot more than you do and going to ask for a default win after you got rolled and gave us default is kinda childish if you also think about the fact that you were supposed to be in high for this cup
