   Dear teams,

   The team refugeeeeeesports was found out to have used a player that was not approved to play by the team Open Nonett.

   1.4 Two mercenaries allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries if the opponent agrees

   All mercs have to be registered on ETF2L.

   Two mercenaries are allowed by default and up to 3 mercenaries are allowed if the opposing team agrees. In order for your mercenary to be allowed by default, he cannot be more experienced than the maximum allowed in the cup unless if he is a medic. Experience in other leagues is included. Opponents can allow exceptions. To use more than two mercenaries, you will need specific approval from the opponent for them.

   However as an addition, team Open Nonett was found out also to use a merc who was more experienced already to play a non-buddy class, and did not play only Medic in the end.

   If the player has meets any of the below criteria they can only be rostered as a buddy and can only play medic.

   If a player has played three or more seasons of Open ETF2L Highlander or 6v6. Seasons played will be counted by the number of seasons, HL or 6v6, that a player has played an official.
   If a player has played three or more seasons of UGC Steel highlander or any games in a higher tier, has played any seasons of UGC 6v6 Platinum or Gold or has played any seasons of UGC 4v4 Silver or Gold. For UGC experience being rostered on the team counts as playing.

   With all that in mind, the result of this match will not change (except for the golden cap point correction) but both teams will be punished with minor warnings. These warnings can not be removed.
