   3.8 Teams may request a pause if problems occur

   Teams may request a pause at any time during a match. Reasons for pausing can include:

   – Player drop

   – Server problems

   – The match is unplayable due to network issues

   If you need to pause, you must clearly request a pause and give a reason for it (for example: “Pause please, player drop”). The other team is then required to pause at the first appropriate time (e.g. not in the middle of a push). Teams must pause within 15 seconds of being asked. Not responding to a pause request will lead to penalties like a minor warning accompanied with the forfeit of the round in question, or, in extreme cases, a major warning and forfeit of the map.

   You may not resume the game under any circumstances without giving proper warning to the other team.

   Dear Teams,

   it has come to our attention that team “SPPЦ” has violated our pause rule by not giving their opponents a reason/warning before the pause was used.

   As a result they will receive a minor warning.

   Please keep in mind that , once you request a pause, only the other team can pause the game for you as stated by our rules.

   We’ve also noticed that , after some time during your match on cp_process_final, an unauthorized player ( Snevil, http://etf2l.org/forum/user/69915/ ) has joined the official and remained in spectator for the rest of the map.

   Due to insufficient evidence we can’t prove whose fault it was that this player got access to the connect info, therefore no action will be taken by us.

   However please keep in mind that only spectators that are explicitly authorized by the league are allowed to be on the actual match-server.
   The rest will have to watch it through SourceTV.

   3.7 Only authorized spectators allowed

   Only spectators authorized by the league, or for the use of Source TV, are allowed.
