We’ll the main thing I dissliked was your team leader denying any merc without even considering them and thus forcing us to play with a medic spikeing between 50-400 ping. As stated by one of your teammates he didn’t even open the 2nd person I sent through.
that’s not what i call sportmanship :(
And trying to bring in a Mid tier merc is called sportsmanship?

Oh, and just FYI: I played 70% of all our officials with massive ping spikes + 2 seconds screen freezes as medic, i only got lucky last night by having a stable ping.

Your claim seems highly unlikely together with that I didn’t ask for a mid merc yesterday. If i would ever request a mid merc it would be that he is a friend and would be offclassing. I sent through a good 4 open players but neither of them got even looked at by your leader by the look of things.
I got told that you asked for a mid merc 2 days ago. And from my POV, you atleast played with 6 and not 5 with almost no disadvantage, as im having ping and lagproblems as well. It could’ve happend to me too, as it did the previous weeks – yet we worked around it as good as we could.
Also @ Rogue: Do not tell me anything about sportsmanship – your team “+rep’d” us, because we denied mukar’s merc for avenging what they did to you in week 2.
We forced one of our players who has a really bissy week with his work to play because you guys didn’t allow any of the mercs. With this you said “You got into the playoffs with your team, you shouldn’t need any mercs”. But as you can see from our match history, we used mercs almost every game, we never start at 20cet because we don’t have a full 6 at that time. Then when I asked to move the game to 21cet, your team leader said he couldn’t play because he needs to go sleep by then and hoped to have finished the game by 21cet. With his excuse being that he needs to wake up early(8, which isn’t early at all).
I never said something similar like “You got into the playoffs with your team, you shouldn’t need any mercs”. You don’t need to imply stuff here, which i never even tried to mention. The reason why we play at 20cet was because our scout had a 9v9 official at 21cet and in either case he would’ve left the game just before his game started and we prepared to play with 5 ongoing.
I don’t know why you’re still argueing about it, we all have busy weeks. Just as your team can’t play at 20 cet, we can’t play at 21 cet because we will miss out almost ALL of our players to that time and none of our games ever started at 21 cet. I’d say you got unlucky in this case with the default time.
I didn’t say you said that, Demos however did regarding both of the things I mentioned above.
lets be honest here we asked for 3 mercs that i saw all of which were in open because i had massive ping spikes and basically couldn’t pop when i wanted or escaped where i normally could have and you guys denied every one of them, don’t try and claim that they were mid to justify your poor sportsmanship cos they weren’t, i hope you do very well in your future games and that if you need a merc at any point teams are more sporting with you than you were with us

Thats not exactly what i said.
What i actually said was “I can’t understand logic of having 10 available players in your team and still asking for mercs, by my bad math that means that 50% of your team cant play and i came back to what i said already “i can’t understand logic”.
Poor sportsmanship? Dude, you guys had 7 (!) weeks to get a stable roster, you just can’t walk through the season and expect every team to accept your mercs, even tho you have 10 players rostered, however they aren’t even available to play.
And as i mentioned 2 times before already: in almost every official we played previous weeks, i had horrible lagspikes and dropped ubers due to that as well. So please stop getting excuses in.

You actualy did say that quite literally demos, appart from that you do understand that even though we have 10 players on our roster that they don’t all play the same class. And as I previously stated it wasn’t our normal time to play. That together with the highlander season starting and people getting bissy because of that made it really hard to get people together.
