   In addition to that the resolution of the status screenshot you provided us with is too low.
   As a result our bot can’t parse and assign the various steamIDs to their respective ETF2L accounts.

   Please (re-)upload the necessary status screenshot/s in a higher resolution/quality.

   TIP:
   Never resize or compress screenshots. Just upload them directly from your steam TF2 screenshots folder. Also make sure that the text on your console is written in the default font.
