Dear teams, welcome to the Highlander Open Groupstage Tiebreakers! This match will determine which team of your group will advance into the knockout stages!

Games that are not scheduled by Friday 8th, 23:59CEST will be default dated!

Teams may choose from the HLO’s map pool via the Map Elimination System:

    koth_viaduct
    pl_upward
    cp_granary
    pl_badwater
    cp_gullywash_final1
    koth_lakeside_final
    cp_process_final
    cp_gravelpit

    1. Both teams need to agree on who eliminates first and who picks the decider map, if the number of maps is even. If the two teams can not agree, they need to perform a heavy fist fight.
    2. Loser of the heavy fist fight eliminates a map
    3. Winner of the heavy fist fight eliminates a map
    4. Repeat 2 & 3.
    5. Loser of the heavy fist fight picks their home map
    6. Winner of the heavy fist fight picks their home map
    7. The loser of the heavy fist fight picks the decider map.

Please make sure to submit and verify the results before Sunday, 23:59CEST to allow for a smooth transition into the knockout stages.

3.2 Status & Scoreboard screenshots required

One member of each team has to take a status screenshot before a match is starting and after every player switch. A screenshot of the final score has to be taken at the end of every map/round. Please note that a scoreboard screenshot is not sufficient for all attack/defense maps as it does not show the winner – the screenshot explicitly declaring one team to be the winner is required instead. Screenshots can be uploaded while submitting the result or by either team leader at a later date.
If any map screenshots are missing after 72 hours, and the result has not been verified by the teams, both teams will receive a minor warning. Missing status screenshots will be punished with a minor warning even if the teams verify the result. The second violation of this rule will be punished with a major warning.
Warnings for missing screenshots can be removed if the missing screenshot is provided later.

3.3 Scheduled Matches can only be postponed by using a Wildcard

Once a game is scheduled and entered in the Calendar, it can only be postponed beyond the match deadline if one team uses a Wildcard. Both teams will receive a warning for any match unplayed after its match deadline.

Dear Teams, please remember to upload, check and verify the status and scoreboard screenshots. You can do that here http://etf2l.org/wp-admin/index.php?page=add_screen.
Not providing the screenshots before the 72h deadline will result in both of you getting a minor warning.
These minor warnings can then still be removed by providing the screenshots and contacting an admin afterwards. You can do that here http://etf2l.org/help/support/.

Not having played this match before the match deadline (August 10th 23:59 CET) will earn both of you a non-removable minor warning each.
The match will also be nullified.

The match was played. Noble’s Nooblets won 2 out of the 3 maps. My game crashed so my screenshots did not save, although I do have a demo recorded for every match. I am also trying to contact the leader of Monkey Booty Cooties as he said he would upload the results and so he can confirm our victory.
