   Hi. Sunday April 6th at 19:30 is best for us, but we can try for 20:00 if needed. Saturday April 5th at the same time/times is less preferable but we can work something out if needed. Please let me know, thanks.

   Okay, I can shift my roster a bit in order to accomodate your later time, but 21:30 would make this a lot easier for me. Can you guys do that time? I’m going to propose it, just in case. Btw, the proposal system is still reading an hour off, so I’d just like to make clear that I’m proposing we play Sunday the 6th at 21:30 CET and not 22:30 as it inaccurately reads. Thanks!
