The winner of this best of three will earn a spot in the Premiership Division.
The loser will play a round robin along with the two other teams who lose their matches, and the winner of the round robin will secure the last spot in the Premiership Division.
The remaining two teams who have lost their respective best of threes and then fail to win the round robin will be allocated to Division One.
