    The opposing team can request demos up to 48 hours after the match was scheduled to start. They can request demos from up to 2 players for each map.

    our demo told me that he just reinstalled windows some days before the game so his prec was crashed and he cant upload it(

    An explanation of the above quoted rule. A team can request demos from 2 payers in total. Not the demos from 2 players for the first map and the demos for 2 different players from the second map.
    The first request was the demos from the pocket soldier and the demos from the demoman. I will disregard every other demo request after these two. The pocket soldier uploaded the demos for both maps and the demoman uploaded no demos at all.
    As a result a Minor Warning will be given out to NeOnyX Team.
