   I see you’ve proposed tomorrow night at 6CET. That’s too short notice for us, and 5pm UK time is far too early in the day for any weekday regardless. It will probably have to be some time midweek next week. Any days in particular that are good for you?

   I don’t think we can do Tuesday I’m afraid, AFAIK our medic said he is unavailable until Wednesday so that would probably be the earliest. We should be able to manage something after that assuming he gets back in time. Sorry, do any of those nights suit? Maybe Thursday?
