    Just wanted to let you know, that we cannot yet confirm your proposed match date yet. It’s too soon for us to be able to say with certainty which days we will have free for a game 2 and a half weeks from now.
    I, or someone else from my team, will let you know as soon as we can, but it probably won’t happen until this weekend or next week.

    We can’t play on Monday, as we are in UGC playoffs. Otherwise, maybe except Thursday, we could play during weekdays.
