Welcome to Season 11 :D Glad you guys got in.
We’d like to play Sunday 5th February @ 21:15CET, is that ok for you?
We have a Dutch (nl) Hiperz server that we would prefer to use. If you have any problems on the server before the match, we will be happy to look at other options if required. Doubt there will be many though as Hiperz are one of the most stable now!

I think the date might suit us well. Our demo’s unavailable until Wednesday due to business reasons so I won’t be able to get back with an answer earlier than that. Nevertheless I’ll keep you posted.

How come you guys can’t play on Sunday? It’s pretty much the busiest day of the week in ETF2L. I would’ve thought you would all be very excited to play :]

I will pop the server info on the match page before the game, but can also send it to any of you on my friends list if you want too :] As I said before, it’s a Dutch Hiperz server, so pretty much as good as it gets with today’s TF2 servers.

Accepted the proposal and we should be fine with your server. Sorry for couldn’t play on sunday but because of personal reasons we wouldn’t have had a full roster.
hi guys, unfortunately we probably can´t play that late after further review, as I work nightshifts – so could we either play this 15-30 mins earlier (@ 20.45 cet) or else postpone it to another, later date?
Otherwise we would have to use an unnecessary wildcard, so it would be appreciated if you got back in touch with us.

Otherwise it should not be a problem at all to postpone this without using a wildcard if the opponent (you in this case) agrees – it has been done hundreds of times and is quite common, as you will surely know, being the former head admin^^

As per my conversation with Ghostface, we’re not really interested in getting to a stage where a game gets postponed and can then get potentially wildcard after an agreed postponement. It is very unfair on the team that is actually organised and can play their games.
It’s a slippery slope which can end up with a team having to play multiple ETF2L games in one week, purely due to the poor organisation of the opponents in their divisions.
Not trying to be a dick with any of the above, just being open and honest.
Hope we can play at 21 or 21:15 cet :)

Alright, i think we can work with that. Let’s play this 21h today.
Our medic has to leave at 22.15h, so we might need to exchange a player for the second map. But if we start on time and have no delays/goldencaps everything should be fine.
