   Hey guys.

   Just a heads up, but I do believe the deadline to propose a match date is this coming Thursday, 11/17. I understand that you guys haven’t played your first match yet, but I wanted to start getting in contact with you guys so we we can get week 2 straightened out.

   What times will you guys be available for week 2. We should be free most nights except this Friday, (11/18), Saturday (11/19), and next Thursday (Thanksgiving, 11/24). Otherwise please propose a date and time so I get the rest of my team on the same page.

   We are all located on the East Coast (EST)

   After talking with my team, it looks like either Monday or Tuesday night (11/21 or 11/22) are the best times for us. I have proposed the time of 9:30PM EST for Tuesday 11/22 (that’s 3:30AM on 11/23 in CET). Please let me know ASAP if this will work for you guys.

   As for servers, do you guys have one, and if so, where is it located. If not, NWTJ (a team in our group) has offered to let us use their server located in Texas.
