   admin says that both teams have to send/accept a new hour propose on “team admin > my matches”.
   i’ve sent the new one, you must accept it.

   PS: ip and pass are the same for that hour

   before verify result, i want to say something:
   -you were too late on server
   -you used an unverified player + 1 merc (= 2 players that they aren’t in team) without asking
   -you said in reports “All mercs allowed” but nobody says that.
   -you paused without say anithing
   -you unpaused without say anithing
   -some players were wearing banned hats
