   LostSouls,

   Please remember if you have any problems before the match you can use a wildcard up to 15 minutes before the start. Even then, it’s only needed if you can’t agree with your opponents to reschedule the match.

   Conceding should be the absolute last option, if that.

   Good luck in the rest of the season.
