Because this match has not been scheduled by either of the teams, a default date has been set for this match.

Telling me 30 (10) mins before the match you are going to have 2 mercs is not very polite and fair. Not to mention one of them was div 5 for a while, which is kinda a problem for us because we have problems with handling div 6.
You proposed this date, and we agreed. If you don`t have people we can postpone the match to another date, it`s not a problem.
You didn`t have the courtesy of adding me on Steam to tell me you are having mercs, so it`s your problem. You had several days to make a new date or use a wildcard or anything- but 30 mins before the match with two mercs- I won`t accept that. You had 2 mercs in every match in this season- if you don`t have a full team do not play, or at least be fair enough and tell me in advance.

Impossible for them to play against us if we get a merc, we explained that many of our players were studying and couldn’t play the end of the season, so we needed merc even if we report the match but they stopped the dialogue.
I apology, in the name of the entire team, because we shouldn’t taunt about our supposed skill and yours. But please, it’s a Div6 match, we don’t play our lives.
You had so much time to tell me you will have 2 mercs, yet you posted it here 30 mins before the match, then changed the last guy 20 mins later. Like I said before, you didn`t add me on Stem nor did you put any effort into letting me know in time. I checked this page by chance, to see if anyone commented or gave us/you some support before the match.
One of them played div 5 which is a problem for us and we wouldn`t accept him anyway. You adding him to your rooster shortly before/after the match is not helping you because verifying a new team member usually takes 24 hours (as far as I know). So he counts as a merc- not a team member. That means you had four players, not five.
Also my guys study too, some work and some do both- yet we have a stable line up for most of our matches. If you have a mess with your rooster don`t expect me accepting your mercs, especially when you don`t bother letting me know.
I could understand if you realized you won`t have a lineup before the match, but I noticed you had 2 mercs in all of your matches and of them is even VAC banned (also he doesnt own TF2 on his account- WTF), and in almost all matches you let the opposing team know a few minutes before start.
I don`t care about your insults on the server; our skill is bad enough but still we play fair and we respect our opponents.
Admins have been notified about this, now let`s wait for their descision.
We are penalized enough with half of a team to finish the season I guess. It’s rly not a pleasure to seek mercs in emergency few hours before.

Just, we never played with VAC ban player, we got one unverified because his name on screen status isn’t the same as ETF2L profile but steam ID is the same.

please be aware that you may not use mercs unless your opponent agrees to them. If you can’t field a team without the use of mercs, I suggest you look into recruiting backup players.

3.5 No mercs allowed unless your opponent agrees
Teams may not use a merc (player that is not on your lineup) at any time of a match unless their opponent has agreed to it. If a team does not have enough players for a scheduled match and want to use a merc, they must contact the opponent in time. If the opponent agrees, make sure a log of the agreement is taken and provided in the match comments. All mercs have to be registered on etf2l. Teams caught using an unregistered merc, or a merc without their opponent’s permission, will receive a default loss and a warning.

Too bad the minimum of players to start a match is 5. At 4 it would have been easy for thats what WE want.

Instead of raging, get a steady lineup, stop using 2 mercs (or ones who are VAC banned and don`t have TF2 in their games- http://etf2l.org/forum/user/23821/) in most of your matches and have some respect for your opponents. We are not ones to be blamed because you report your high div mercs several minutes before the match without even asking us if we agree (“pls accept, thx”).
Talking about mentality, your insults are just sad. If you expected us to accept your higher div mercs (not to mention how lame is it to use them against low – teams in div 6), you could have asked me in time, but you didn`t. This is your fault, and this pathetic insults just prove my point about W3.
Well, I’m a bit desappointed.
If we still playing with not a full line-up and merc for a lot of match it’s not for fun.
We start with a full team and haven’t got all our players now (why is not the question).
We don’t want to drop the league because this happening too many time and is a bit sad.
So we use some merc.
An other thing who got to be say here is that we use some merc of our level (in same div or inferior in french league tf2c). The problem isn’t that this merc come from div 5, the problem is that we have been put on div 6 on this first season for this team.
And has I said during the “match”, this merc woulnd’t change the global skill of our team.
So your main argument to say that were laming by using abusively overskilled merc is a bit… false (no offense?).
Now, the fact that you don’t accept any merc is legitime for sure, but in this case it’s clearly not fairplay, during the match we haven’t got any other solution.
We propose to take any merc, coming from low div – you have say that you will not accepet ANY merc
We propose to play at 5v6 (merc or not it’s really an handicap for us) – you refuse.
We haven’t got more wildcard to report the match – we can’t do anything – you still refusing and give no opportunity to solve the problem.
You can refuse merc it’s true, but seeking a default win by refusing all possibity is clearly …. Sad.
Nice guy, you are in the rules, GG for this default victory, you are a so beautiful example of fairplay.

But it is the main topic.
Participating in a competitive environment doesn’t just mean you have to gather 6 players in a match. You have to build up a team and make it live through the season.
As sad and frustrating as your initial situation may be, the Team system exists for a reason, so does the mercs, and so does the rules.
…and so does the backups, as we Princesses have learned it the really hard way during a dire situation.
I’m not commenting this match and its circumstances (none of my business), but I wanted to comment this specific point.
My dearests apologies for interfering, I hope I won’t be considered talking out of place.
TF2 is not just about pwning your opponents. Team management is as much important, maybe more.
Clearly it’s not your business, you don’t know half of the story so why did you post a comment here?
Nice try of getting this story to “fair play”. You didn`t bother letting us know about high div merc nor did you ask our permission. How many times do I have to repeat this?
What did you expect, we are going to blindly accept? If you asked us in time, we would tell you we wont accept Deyd and there would be enough time for you to search for another player. We didn`t accept other mercs nor postponing the match because of your insults that came afterwards.
Also about your skill- I didn`t know you are higher div then we are. I know Les Princesse is because they told me and I had no problem playing with them. In my eyes you were just good div 6 team and we didn`t want to play against div 5 merc and that`s it- end of story.
You could have asked me before the match if you didn`t had any more Wildcards. You may think we are assholes but we would use our last Wildcard so you don`t get default loss. Admin asked us if would like to postpone the match but your insults made my decision.
Next time, have some respect for your opponents and announce your high div mercs in time.
Because I thought you’d listen to what I have to say instead of just raging, and because you’re calling for fairplay even though your situation from the very beginning is far from the very principles of fairplay.

merc high div …. when we are complete, we beat beat div4. Nice try reservoir dog, u seek just the defaut win cuz ur team is really bad. It is it only way of beating us and that shows that you are as fair play as worthless. Finnally point. Next season, we will be in div 4 or 5 and you will remain in division 6. Ciao Team Sense of fucking noobs.
