  33. NuckChorris: TIDS - TSGHUH said:

First of all, you showed up with a guy that wasn´t wearing your clan tag and had a “merc” in his name, but you had never asked us about using a merc. Right before the match started, you were like “oh yeah, we´re gonna use this kid” in Steam – which we accepted after some discussions since we´re a fair opponent. That still doesn´t mean it was okay what you did there.
You then paused the game yourself without ANY notice, without asking, in the middle of the round, right as we pushed, which is not only unfair, but also forbidden by the rules in several ways. You unpaused yourself again without ANY notice, which is even worse; and on top of that you did the exact same thing a few minutes later again, adding another break of rules to the list by pausing twice on a map. You had us raging by then, not only because you seemed to be pausing every time we were seemingly getting our act together and were in a better position than you, but also because you were completely ignoring our complaints. We were playing a lot worse from that point on and managed to lose the map in the end, mainly because you had successfully destroyed our motivation, our rhythm and our concentration.
But that is just the story of the first map. Before the second map, you decided to take a break of about ten minutes before coming back to the server, of course without anyone telling us again. We were still messed up and wondering how we had managed to lose the first map in such a strange way, but we we´re willing to play on and do it better on the second. We finally started it, but after a few minutes you suddenly decided to exchange a player in your team due to “900 ping”, which was in fact between 90 and 150 – anything but unusual for a russian player connecting to a western european server, and definitely not something happening due to “technical problems”. When we told you that you were not allowed to exchange players during a map, you simpy ignored our complaints again and played on, leading to another round of rage, lost spirit and lack of concentration on our side; and in the end we lost the second map as well, again in a stupid and unnecessary way that was totally untypical for us and can only be explained by the anger and loss of spirit your behaviour had caused.

I´m usually not the QQ kind of guy who can´t accept a loss if his opponents are better, but that is not what happened here. And I´m not saying I am 100% sure we would have won both maps if all those things hadn´t happened, but what I´m saying is: We would have had a fair shot at it, which we never had.
We feel mistreated, betrayed and like we lost not because we were worse than you, but because we were too fair and too friendly to you.
If you ask me, we should replay warmfront with the actual ETF2L rules applied, and get a default win for gravel since that was the biggest and worst break of rules there – but tha is just my personal opinion and up to the admins now.

tl;dr: You´re complete lack of manners on any level, from the very start of the match to its end, your unawareness of some crucial rules in this league and your behaviour towards an opponent in an official match (even after we were so nice to accept an unheralded merc a few seconds before the match) are completely unacceptable. If you don´t read or understand the rules it is not your opponents fault if you should get punished for breaking them several times in various points; and if you ignore your opponents questions and remarks, you really shouldn´t wonder if they complain to an admin afterwards.

  34. wr: uns. said:

Don’t be such an asshole Choriss. Honestly. When i was reading your reply, i thought it was written by 11 year old girl, who is trying to find every trifle to get your 6 pts.(you tablewancker). And AAA has lost those match only because of AAAselves.(or themselves or yourselves; didn’t practice english since secondary school).
Both of our teams know that uns kicked your asses, and it doesn’t matter wich table result we finally get.

  35. NuckChorris: TIDS - TSGHUH said:

Well that was a proper and very educated reply, congrats. Funny that you call ME an asshole after that behaviour of YOUR team and us being nothing but fair to you… Fairplay award incoming!

Oh yeah, you might actually beat us with the “soviet russia” ruleset, but gladly this is ETF2L.
The truth is: You probably would have lost both maps if it had been a fair fight. And you know that too, so do yourself a favour and stop pretending like you actually won a match that was played under fair and normal circumstances and we just can´t deal with that – because it was nothing like that. I honestly think things would have gone our way if it wasn´t for your lack of sportsmanship and knowledge of rules, common sense or fair play.

And to be honest, I actually don´t even care if WE get any points out of this, I just want to make sure YOU don´t get to abuse and mistreat us or any future opponent like this and get away with your ignorant, unfair behaviour.

That´s the last reply you´ll get from me or my team, as you obviously still have no clue about how to behave, and we´ll just wait and see what the admins will decide.

  38. cue: uns. - uns said:

Choriss. Let’s all still more facts without emotion. I agree there had been violations. Perhaps I should apologize for his friends that were too emotional.
And let us look at what moments we violated the rules. Merc-not think that people who command the status of [Unverified] can be considered standards, but it does not matter you still agree. Just before this you something. Just before this you something about a VAC ban, which I do not have. The first break-only then that we did not warn you, but even so you are immediately behind it have a point. I do not know where it was more advantageous position for us. “destroyed our motivation, our rhythm and our concentration.” – huh, if you have such displays is better to not play at all than to spoil his life. Second pause, yes it was impossible to understand more, but we have asked you this time. And you would be able to resolve our player with a ping of 900, reconnect to the server. Nor think that the admins you punished for this violation, but you have decided that if you win at any cost. Then we put a pause in the early rounds when not even move. Again, I do not know where the best position for us. Between the cards. 10min. As I recall you can wait 15 minutes. Moreover, we hoped to solve the problem with ping. Therefore, one reboot. But the problem is not solved, unfortunately is what we learned during the game. Then we decided on drastic measures. Change the player (by the way the rules are allowed). In this case, try to pause and say that change the players. But you have again started to cry. so we did not break, thus giving you more time to attack. in one round you win. Again, I do not know where we had the best position. If you can not fix such a success, it’s not our fault, but rather you.

P.S.: sorry my bad english xD. “destroyed our motivation, our rhythm and our concentration.”- the best xD. Oh, and u racist.

As I am trying to figure out what cue is actually saying in his funny english, I feel the need to clarify just a few things… allthough I really didn´t want to add anything and have said enough, but I´m not gonna let you get away with a stack of lies and your hillarious try to make us look bad when actually you are the ones with the behaviour in question.
But unlike you, I´m gonna try to stick to the facts, so here they are:

    – No, it´s NOT the standard to simply be cool with an unveryfied player, at least not in the leagues I use(d) to play in. That is why you have to ask your opponents permission for using that player – which you didn´t do until literally 30 seconds before the match started. By doing that, you forced us into a position where we can basically either be cool with it, despite your lack of communication, or look like complete retards and deny your merc. We went with the first option, accepting the merc – which doesn´t mean it was cool of you to handle that issue in that way. (General ETF2L rule 3.5)
Btw, I simply added that fact to prove how important it seems to be in general to you guys to play matches on a fair base and communicate respectfully with your opponents.

    – You paused the game yourself, without asking, without any notice, and – even worse – unpaused in the very same way; just as if we hadn´t been there. That is a clear violation of the pause rule. (General ETF2L rule 3.9)

    – You paused in the middle of our push, at least the first time, which is clearly forbidden by the very same rule.

    – You did the exact same thing (pausing without notice or even asking, resuming again in the same way) a few minutes later, another violation of rule 3.9, where it says:
“If you need to pause, you must clearly request (!) a pause and give a reason for it (for example: “Pause please, player drop”). The other team (!) is then required to pause at the first appropriate time (e.g. not in the middle of a push). (!)… Each team has the right to one pause per map.(!)”
And again, NO, you did not ask, not the first time, not the second time, you just did it.Twice.

    – You never asked to exchange the player, you just did – despite our complaints. You also didn´t pause during that action, just to be clear, nor did you ask for a pause (like you never did), you just let player 6 leave and player 7 join while the game went on. Not that it would have changed much, but just to make it clear that you are again plain wrong in that point.

    – You also changed the player in the middle of an ongoing map, the second map Gravelpit to be exact, when things were already on their way and not “put a pause in the early rounds when not even move” – that is simply a lie. Just to clarify it again, as there seem to be some problems due to language issues here: You did it in an ONGOING official that had already started, NOT in the break between the map or something like that; you did NOT ask our permission (which you clearly wouldn´t have gotten anymore after your behaviour (above) on the first map anyway), and you reacted to our completely justified complaints with pure ignorance and pretending that nothing special had happened.

    – The “900 ping” was, as I recall it, not a ping of 900, but rather somewhere slightly above 100 – just as it had been the entire first map. A ping of ~100 for a russian player on a german server is NOT a technical problem, which would be the only case where you´d be allowed to exchange the player during an ongoing map – so this point of yours is invalid as well and a violation of the General ETF2L rule 3.7.

To sum it all up, I really don´t know if I should laugh or cry at your hillarious attempts to make US look like the ones that are out of line here.
You were the ones to behave in an unacceptable way, while we were for example kind enough to accept your merc last minute and were as friendly and fair to you as we usually are towards any given opponent.
You were the ones to break several ETF2L rules, some of them even more than once and while you were completely ignoring our complaints about it.
You are the ones that are flaming here, calling me an asshole and stuff like that, while all we intend is to have the chance to play our matches under fair and equal circumstances for us and our opponents, and now simply use our given right to complain about it if our opponent didn´t act the same way.

You can flame all you want. You can insult me or my family. You can call me a racist for no reason. You can call us cry babies. You can try to make it look like you did nothing wrong. You can try to make it look like you were acutally better than us and beat us by your strength and skills. And you can also call out all your russian friends to this matchpage and celebrate the size of your penis or whatever you guys do in your spare time.
But that still doesn´t change the facts, which are: You broke the rules, not once, but several times, and not one of them, but several rules. You behaved like complete morons, without any sense about sportsmanship or fairplay, not even to mention the lack of knowledge about how to handle important issues during matches in this league. And, most important, you did obviously not win this match in a way that anyone neutral could call “fair”.
So go on, celebrate your “victory”, laugh, pretend to feel like you really won this in an appropriate way, keep insulting us – whatever mate, I really don´t care.
All I care about from now on is how the admins will judge this based on the STV demos and the status screens we provided them with.

    Hello there, dear teams!

    Let’s go over Warmfront first:

The first pause by Unstoppable (reason: DmGod having bad ping) was actually anounced; however, all Unstoppable players were dead and as such AAA could not see the message. The same applies to the notice before unpausing. It was there, but AAA could not see it.

The second pause, also issued by Unstoppable, was NOT announced. Not just that, but teams are also allowed no more than ONE pause per map!

I will include the pause rule below, where it will state that you must ask the opposing to team to pause for you. In no circumstance are you allowed to pause for yourself!

    To conclude Warmfront:
    # Unstoppable paused twice (only 1 pause allowed);
    # Unstoppable did not request a pause, but just paused the game themselves;
    # Unstoppable did not notify their opponents before unpausing in both cases.

    Now, Gravelpit:

DmGod was actually having extraordinary high ping here (it was well over 900). This is a technical issue and as such Unstoppable was allowed to swap this player out.
    That’s all for Gravelpit.

Conclusion: Unstoppable will receive one warning for abusing the Pause rule.

Also, we want to give credit to TripleA for allowing a merc in the last moments before the match started. We cannot give Unstoppable a warning for this but we still wanted it mentioned.

    Don’t forget: Play fair!

Please find attached General Rule 3.7, “Player changes during match” and General Rule 3.9, “Pause if players drop”:

3.7 Player changes during a match

Teams are allowed to switch players after a map change (as long as they are entered correctly on the team roster). Player changes during a map is only permitted if a player is having technical problems.

    3.9 Pause if players drop

Teams may request a pause at any time during a match. Reasons for pausing can include:

    – Player drop

    – Server problems

    – The match is unplayable due to network issues

If you need to pause, you must clearly request a pause and give a reason for it (for example: “Pause please, player drop”). The other team is then required to pause at the first appropriate time (e.g. not in the middle of a push). Teams must pause within 15 seconds of being asked. Not responding to a pause request will lead to penalties like a minor warning accompanied with the forfeit of the round in question, or, in extreme cases, a major warning and forfeit of the map.

You may not resume the game under any circumstances without giving proper warning to the other team.

Each team has the right to one pause per map.

A pause may not last longer than 5 minutes.
