hmm, it should be default win for us, but never mind (they changed server to not eu server, it crashed like 3 times and last time was deciding cause they owned us at middle after refresh and take last granary point on 00:01 left, they were abusing us and irritating)

All that you write here are unreasonably
1. I did not consider that screenshot because I did not know if the heavy actually used the fists of steel and Dziobak asked me not to give a warning for thath.
2. Except from that screenshot I could not find any serious flames in the provided demo. If you can provide proof for the use of non-english language or flames, I might give a warning though. Please contact an admin via IRC if you want to provide any more proof.
3. 1 or 2 agreeing players is usually not enough. In this case it happened that the other team joined your server. However, you are responsible for the maintainance and after the server crash on granary you should have tried to restore the previous situation.
4. Please discuss this in a private chat.
5. We recommend to use servers located in the Netherlands or Germany. Yes, technically Moscow is still in Europe but teams from western Europe would have a horrible ping nevertheless.

I never thought that someone would try so hard to get the points
It is not about “trying hard to get points”, it is simply about playing within the rules.
Knowing the rules does you no harm. I am confident, theAMBITION would have allowed you a merc if you asked them beforehand. But playing with a merc without letting the other team know is simply unsportsmanlike.
