Hello, good evening, so on :P

When shall we play this game? Maybe, Sunday the 19th 16:00pm GMT?

    hi

Hey sorry, it didn’t Email me for some reason, i thought it would. That Sunday is the best day for us, but we couldn’t play the match until a fair bit later in the day. The *best* time for us to play would be about 4 hours later. 20:00 is the best time for us, 19:30 is doable, otherwise we’d have to work out another day.

Because this match has not been scheduled by either of the teams, a default date has been set for this match.
The default date is: Sunday, 19 December 2010, 20:30
Please play this match on the appointed time and submit the results.

Just to clarify for anyone wondering about this match.

Since Steel has been broken by the Australian Christmas update, both teams are going to agree on a map to play instead of Steel.

    as shown here

    16:40 – epx^Bassie: [16:36] Hi Om
[16:36] How can i help you?
    [16:36] Hey
[16:37] Well, we have a highlander match squedualed for tonight but Steel has been broken by the update
[16:37] So we can’t play the map because it won’t load
[16:37] What should we do? Pick a map we both agree on?
    [16:37] yep
16:41 – Merry Christmoose!: ok, well, we play goldrush first then decide at the end of goldrush between us?
16:41 – Merry Christmoose!: gives both teams time to decide what maps they’d be ok with?
16:42 – Merry Christmoose!: Obviously one of the maps that’s in the map pool anyway, but does that sound good?
    16:42 – epx^Bassie: yes mate :)
    16:42 – Merry Christmoose!: ok, server’s updated
    16:44 – epx^Bassie: ty mate

Please add the correct score screenshot for pl_badwater + a status screenshot.

Uh, we didn’t play badwater? It was Goldrush Freight and Viaduct. Originally meant to be Goldrush frieght and Steel but steel breaks servers since the recent update?

  14. Om nom nick: nÜb said:

Should we have played Badwater? I’m sure my team will be very eager to play Badwater as a tie-break map, since we won Goldrush and Tim! won Viaduct.

  15. Om nom nick: nÜb said:

nUberium aren’t going to verify the results until the situation with Badwater is sorted out. If we have to play Badwater, we are very willing to do so, if not we will gladly verify these results.

The maps for the round were pl_goldrush and cp_steel, with koth_viaduct as a tiebreak. You can see that here: http://etf2l.org/rules/highlander-rules/#2

Since the christmas update steel has been broken, and you contacted an admin who told us that a map should be decided between us to play in case of steel. cp_frieght_final1 was chosen to be that map. Badwater has never been part of this round. I think what is more likely to be the case is that looking at the screenshots that i submitted, the goldrush one was incorrect, and didn’t show the final scores, only the starting players. I get the feeling that CanFo put the wrong map down in his post. I’m looking for the correct screenshots now.

  17. Om nom nick: nÜb said:

I’m as confused as you are. But like I said, if what CanFo said was true, and we should have played Badwater, Freight’s results will be void and Badwater will become the tiebreaker. Otherwise I’m happy to accept the current results once this has been resolved.

  18. CanFo: (Legend) - [HA] - #T4F said:

Erm nevermind my comment. You chose freight as replacement for steel and that is totally fine :)

However, the status screenshot is still missing!
