The unforeseen circumstances are that our second scout was in a car accident and therefore cannot play TF2 for awhile, we requested that you let us use a merc, you did not let us use a merc therefore we got in touch with the admins to explain our situation.

We are sorry for your mates but we have a life and thinks to do we can’t reschedule it and car crash or not you use your 2 wildcards. We don’t agrey for a merc and we can do it, this is on the rules. I don’t think admins can put off a wildcard like that.

You know that from 2 3 weeks you had time to think about that and speak to us about a merc or simply get a player on your roster before the match. Were now waiting you on our server since 21h15 and you never come and you never answer to us.

you have 2 wildcards, you can’t use a 3rd. i don’t care what RaCio thinks, it’s not in the rules. i want to notice you we never had a reason to use one, while you have the need of use it 3 times (in 6 games, as 3 teams dropped). isn’t it enought?

I know it’s none of my business but let me tell you a story: DW.twitch lost 2 members during the season, recruited 2 new ones within 4 days. And yes we are losing a lot, it’s hard if your lineup keeps changing. If you take 3 weeks to recruit someone, then imo you are also looking for an “easy” win (as apparently no trial is good enough for you, to win the div).
OX might have been lame with this but they were also acting fully within the rules. The rules aren’t there for no reason…
I think you will find skeej we were happy to play the game yesterday, however they would not let us use a merc, we asked then begged but they said no, expecting us to play with 5. We got in touch with the admins who were very understanding in the matter.
Im pretty sure that counts as hunting for the win.

we didnt agree to a merc because it was div2 and because they asked us about it 1 hour before the game, while they had 3 weeks to recruit a new member or at least to ask for it.

It is not allowed to add and use new players to your roster for matches happening from week 9 and onwards unless your opponent agrees.
Essentially any players added in or after week 9 require permission. Technically they don’t count as mercs, so using new players (with permission) has no effect on your ability to use a merc.
