Great to hear we’re going to fighting against you guys (you have Mastgrr!).
So about scheduling: The days/times best for our team are Saturdays 11am-9pm and maybe Fridays 6pm-8pm. Sorry for the tight-ish schedule, most of us are in school.

Our leader’s away until the weekend so he can’t answer, but I think Saturday should be okay – However, it would be much preferred if we could do it Sunday (Around 5-8 PM GMT) instead, could you see if that would be possible for your team?

Well, just let us know once you know. Would you also happen to have any idea by which day we have to play this match? I know it’s called “week 1” and all, but I seem to get the impression that we have longer than a week to actually play it.
Nope, we have 1 week to play our match and put up the requested screenshots and clips. The week starts on Monday, September 27th. So.. ideally for us, we would want to play Saturday, October 2nd anytime 11am-9pm. I am still checking with my team to see if they are available on Sunday, though.
Also: I believe we need to have a server to play on, or we have to request one. I have no idea how to run a server and have no connections to any. Are you the same? If so, we should contact an admin ASAP to reserve a server once we have the date set. :)
Alright then, this weekend should be fine. I just hope your team can play on Sunday, but otherwise Saturday should be good. We’ve got a private server with the ETF2L config on it, but it’s on the east coast of the US, and I think all servers used are required to be in Europe. Not sure, though.
I think the server just has to be in the most convenient place for both teams. But, like your team, we have people from Canada, East Coast America, West Coast America, Central America and the Czech Republic. So we are ok with the server being wherever.
I’m sorry it’s taking so long, I’m still checking with my team.

I proposed a time on the site because I think we might have to do it by today. (look on the wordpress site thing) If you are wondering why it is 10:00 pm, it’s because I think you have to schedule it in CEST (Central European Summer Time). If not, we can always change it. :)

Hey. When will we get to know what the server IP is and password? It looks like I can set up an announcement scheduled to appear right before the match will start so everyone can gather to the server. If you can’t get the IP right now, just let me know.

Hey guys, some important news.
I need to go to an opera with my Grandma on Sunday so I can’t play the match. It would mean a lot to me if we could reschedule it for Saturday. It sucks that we had it set but I can’t put this match over my Grandma, obviously. :)
So would everyone be ok to play on Saturday? I’m sorry if this causes problems.

Yeah, multiple members of our team have stuff scheduled on Saturday now that they’ve been told the match was going to be on Sunday. It wouldn’t be possible for us to change now.
Would it be possible for your team to get one substitute maybe?
I could only manage to find 8 other people to play with… I don’t think I can find another one. I’m just wondering, because you have 13 people registered on your team, are there more than 4 that can’t play on Saturday?
Also, another option for me would be to set the time of the match on Sunday back and hour or two. Would it be OK with you guys if we played at maybe 11:00PM or 12:00PM PST?
Well, you are allowed to get a player not in any other team as substitute, as long as he doesn’t have any high competitive experience. Several people on our team work or are out on Saturday, I think it’s indeed more than 4.
If we play an hour or two earlier on Sunday then one or two of the primary people on our team also won’t be able to come. I could do with one hour LATER, but not any more than that.
Before I put my message on here, I talked with Rolodecks and he said Saturday same time was fine. I geuss he might of been wrong, but would it be ok to play sometime 11am-1pm PST on Sunday? I really don’t want to miss this for my team, one because I’m the only leader to take status screenshots and two because we don’t have a substitute Sniper. I’m sorry this got messed up, I was really hoping this would work out fine.
The time you’ve scheduled now should be fine, we’ll have to get one or two substitutes, but that can be arranged.
