A couple of questions concerning this match:
1) Will you and your team be able to make the scheduled time, which is this Sunday 6:00 PM Pacific (9:00 PM Eastern)?
2) Our Match server will not be available by then, so do you have one available, or will we need to borrow a server from ETF2L?
We have a 16 player private server but i may be able to raise that to 18 by then. That isnt a promise i will update you on any news on that, best chances now are to borrow an etf2l server. also, we have a match at 8:20 so if we can reschedual for next weekend that would be nice. please reply and inform me of any plans or issues that come up with my request. Can’t wait for the match, if all goes well, it should be good.
Rule 1.1 of the General Rules:
1.1 ETF2L Time zone = CET/CEST
ETF2L announces all times in either Central Europe Time (CET) or Central European Summer Time (CEST). CEST in the summer, and CET in the winter. Always use the time it is in most of Europe. All matches have to be entered in CET/CEST. A clock displaying the current time can be found on our homepage.
The time has to be specified in Central European Time, not your local time. The match will be held at 04:30 AM on Monday, August 23, 2010, CET. This is Sunday, August 22, 7:30 PM Pacific, 8:30 PM Mountain, 9:30 PM Central, and 10:30 PM Eastern. Please accept my proposed time.
Please note for future that all mercs used must be registered on the ETF2L website. If you use an unregistered player in a Highlander Challenge official match you would risk automatically losing the game.
Also, I have corrected the score on pl_badwater for you. All payload maps should be entered as 4-0 to the winning team.
Finally, your cp_gravelpit scores were incorrect. Please view the screenshots on this match – http://etf2l.org/matches/19277/ – for an example of what you should be taking (it shows which team wins, where as the full scoreboard shows the scores incorrectly).
